UFTCL shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access to, use of, or inability to use the app.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
