- Description of Services The App provides users with access to smart trading functionalities for the Bangladesh stock market. Users can engage in online trading activities securely through the App, ensuring compliance with legal requirements set forth by the Bangladesh capital market regulations.
- Eligibility You must be of legal age and capacity to enter into a binding agreement in order to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.
- User Account In order to access certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Compliance with Laws You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including but not limited to those governing securities trading in Bangladesh. You acknowledge that UFTCL is not responsible for any illegal or unauthorized use of the App by you.
- Intellectual Property Rights All content and materials available through the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of UFTCL or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, UFTCL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App.
- Modification of Terms UFTCL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
- Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
